Shipping Information
We want to keep shipping fair and affordable. Many other websites mark-up
the shipping costs on purpose so that they can make a profit on them. At On
Line Gifts for Him, we DO NOT mark-up the shipping costs. We believe in being
fair and honest with you so ALL orders shipped to the lower 48 contiguous states ship for the low flat-rate of $5.95. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii ship for the low flat-rate of $7.95.
We ship most of our items via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground to the 48 contiguous states and
Alaska and Hawaii. We may use the United States Postal Service for shipments
to Alaska, Hawaii and Peurto Rico. The delivery time for most of the orders
is 5 to 7 days AFTER the order leaves our warehouse. Most items ship from our
warehouse 2 to 4 days after the order is placed. The reason for this is that
many of our gift items have the special emblem placed on them only after they
have been ordered.
Refund and Exchange Policy
ALL return and exchange requests must be made to info "at" onlinegiftsforhim "dot" com within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. No Exceptions! On Line Gifts for Him will only reimburse the customer's credit card. USED merchandise cannot be returned.
Defective Product Returns:
If you have discovered that your item is defective, within fourteen (14) days of receipt, you may return the item to On Line Gifts for Him for a prompt exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. For returning defective items, please include the original packing slip (included with your shipment) AND a note stating the specific problem.
Non-Defective Product Returns:
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with the product for any reason you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping) within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Non-defective products must be returned in their original condition with copy of the original packing slip. USED merchandise cannot be returned.

Please be advised that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, for returned items. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days after On Line Gifts for Him has received your return for your replacement or refund to be processed. For refunds, On Line Gifts for Him will credit your account minus the shipping cost, if any, as soon as On Line Gifts for Him receives the item(s).
